Chris D - Qld Gold Coast Event 2010 Has already completed his first option and profited from it, he has now optioned a second site and Massland is on negotiating with ultimate buyers to on-sell it. Cameron S - WA Gold Coast Event 2010 After extensive research and feasibility he has sent out a batch of letters to potential sellers in regards to optioning their properties, looking forward to setting up meetings for potential splitters. Theo L - NSW GC Event 2010 Has already completed his first Option deal, he has now Optioned his second site and is going through documentation for a multi storey development. Chris W and Kelly R - Qld GC Event 2010 Actively searching for a JV deal, have sent out over 30 letters to owners regarding optioning their property, Have had one meeting and doing their Due Diligence for a further two meetings, Are splitting their work loads one will focus on Splitters and the other on Short Options. John K and David P - VIC Gold Coast Event 2010 Working on 2 options at the moment, First one has gone to documentation for townhouses and are negotiating the second option with owners currently. Damien S - VIC Gold Coast Event 2010 Optioned a townhouse site, will split the block leaving the house at the front and on-sell the back to a developer to build the townhouses. Justin B - Qld Gold Coast Event 2008 Used his Real Estate University knowledge of the town plan to buy an old house in a commercial zone and renovated the now commercial property, Negotiated directly with developers and utilised the trading block strategy and on-sold 5 blocks of vacant land. Matt C - Qld Gold Coast Event 2010 Has completed two splitter deals, he sold off the backyards of both to developers who built townhouses on the sites, Negotiating with developers to bundle house and land packages through the NRAS scheme. Kevin - Qld Sydney Event 2008 Has completed subdivision Splitters on two separate properties and banked his profit on both, continuing to research the same location looking for a larger townhouse site.
