My father and I attended Property Options 6 months ago. Since then we have amalgamated 3 properties which will fit 10 townhouses and should be about one million dollars profit in those. We located another site which was 3.1 hectares. The owners are keeping a parcel of land for themselves , which leaves us with 25,000m2. We could divide it into 43 land lots or it could fit over 70 townhouses. The profit on the townhouses would be around 4 million dollars to us. The support from Massland has been fantastic. The support from Massland has been really helpful. I have a deal right now, I signed the Option documents last Friday and I got that deal together with the support from massland. I will profit about $360,000 from that deal.
Property Options has made a big difference in my life. I did the trading blocks strategy and I found a buyer for 10 blocks and found the developer and passed it straight on to the ultimate buyer. I kept $3,000 a block for myself, which means I made $30,000, that took me about 2 weeks.
